Water resistance describes an adhesive's ability to keep its bond when exposed to water or humidity. It is a matter of degree, which is why standards such as EN 204 define classes rather than a single pass or fail.
Reading product claims
Look for the specific wording on the product label and any standard referenced. Where a label lists water resistance, ask for technical information about the conditions it was assessed under.
